Join Coach Jeff and wife Kristin Schmelz for an all-welcome run on Sunday, September 18th at 7:30 a.m. This is not a coached event, but a fun get-together to provide encouragement, camaraderie and support. The pace and distance will be decided on by the group and no one will be left out. The run will be at or slower than 11 minutes per mile. Departs from Minneola Trailhead Park.
