Join Coach Gabby Suver and/or Coach Rebecca Marsh as they lead a Bike Run training at Lake Louisa State Park. Park at the lower parking lot near the beach. The training will accommodate varying skill levels.
Training begins at 8:15AM
The park opens at 8:00AM
Pay to enter the park unless you have a state park annual pass.
