Group road trip to Ft. DeSoto Park in St. Pete, to practice open water swimming in salt water. This will be perfect prep for those racing IRONMAN 70.3 Gulf Coast.
The park is a great place to bike and run, as well, so bring your gear and make a day out of it, if you’d like. CTC will be reserving a pavilion, so folks can picnic or sun bathe.
For those interested in carpooling, folks will meet at the Panera Bread at 2260 FL-50 (near the NTC) at 7:00 a.m.
