April 10th: 30 – 30 – 30 (30 minutes of swimming, 30 minutes of biking, 30 minutes of running) We will have the racks set up and bike supervision. We will all transition together. Choose your own route, we can form small groups at the beginning.
We will do a training that involves a combination of the swimming, biking, and/or running disciplines. Keep an eye on the members Facebook page and club emails for details. Non-members are welcome to attend if they fill out a waiver prior to training. BYO hydration.
