Group will do one loop of the Great Floridian Triathlon bike course. Arrive at 7:00, plan to roll at 7:30 a.m. Bike lights strongly recommended as you will be riding on open roads. Bring your own hydration and nutrition. Helmets are required. Gabbi Suver will be assisting Coach Rebecca, so that the group can split into different pace groups.
