DESCRIPTION
This Super Sprint race series has been happening for over 10 years, and although different race directors have been in charge, there isn’t much that has changed. These training races are great for beginners to learn the sport of duathlon in a simple, encouraging format. They are great for those looking to get a great workout with friends. Finally, they are also great for athletes wanting to hone their draft legal skills.

Race Distance: Race Distance: Swim: 400 meters Bike: 7 miles Run: 1.5 miles

Cost is $30 online and in person on the day of the event. The online price includes the registration credit card fee!

Races will be held:

Thursday 6:04 PM on April 4th, May 2nd, and June 13th.

These training races are hand timed with no published results.

You must have a year USAT license or a one-day USAT license. (www.usatriathlon.org)

Make plans to stick around after the race for yummy Oakwood barbeque! (included in fee!)

When coming in to the park please show them your year Parks Pass or pay the gate fee, and then please adhere to the posted speed limit of 25mph as you head to the parking—the animals and athletes thank you!
