Meet at the parkrun pavilion (across the street from Hiawatha Preserve) at 6:00AM for a bike ride–mainly on the lighted portion of the trail. Expect to do intervals — combinations of hard & easy efforts. As it gets lighter, we can ride on nearby roads as well. Bike lights are needed. Run parkrun at 7:30 for a great brick workout.
