Proper posture and form are the basis of good, sustainable running and proper mechanics can improve efficiency leading to better speed, strength, and endurance. Proper form also reduces the occurrence of common running injuries.
During this clinic, Coach Jeff Schmelz will go through drills and exercises to reinforce proper form and improve balance. The second half of the clinic will be actual application of the principles with everyone doing some running while being videotaped. Jeff review what he sees and will take questions about running biomechanics.
