Participate in a structured swim session led by Coach Scott Mairose or just do your own swim workout. Feel free to run on the trail after the swim. Bright swim cap is encouraged. It is recommended to bring paddles. If you are unsure of your swim abilities, please stay shallow enough to be able to stand up. Please be ready to start at the posted start time!
