The first in a 4-week brick series specifically for women!
This training will help you to develop overall bike/run fitness; bike, transition and race skills; and race strategies.
This session will include continuous bricks with repeats of a 2 mile bike, 1/2 mile run.
ALL experience levels are welcome.
Meet at the DIXIE LAKE parking lot in LLSP.
Please arrive to be prepared to roll at 12:00 noon.
You will need a helmet, bike, running shoes, bike shoes, towel and hydration.
This training will be led by Coach Sharon Gallant of I Defy Coaching and Coach Betsy Langan of Full Potential Fitness.
