Long Run with Chris Wedge

Join Chris Wedge and the long run group on Sunday June 18 @ 6:45AM at the Green Mountain Scenic Overlook for an approximate 12 mile run! It will be an out and back so if you are not feeling it, turning around at the 4 or 5 mile mark will be an option… pace will be led at around 10 minutes per mile.
it will be hot, so please plan accordingly and provide your own fluids, electrolytes and energy if needed
