CTC Adults & Kids Training at Waterfront Park

**Start times may be adjusted based on time of year (light) — Check Facebook or email**

Adults train first (usually 7AM):
Swim (1 or 2 laps around poles) + Run/walk (3 miles)

Kids train next (8AM):
Shallow Swim (or walk/jog in the water) + Short bike on trail + Short run on trail
**If it is cold, kids will run instead of swim.

Helmets required to participate in the bike ride.
Parents encouraged to spread out and help supervise (kids never go farther away than 1/2 mile)
Non CTC members must fill out 1 day liability form.
