Join Chris Wedge for a long run that includes Clermont parkrun 5k. PERFECT prep for Thanksgiving Day and weekend races!!!
Meet At West Beach bathroom/playground.
About 2 miles on the South Lake trail, then parkrun (race it or “tempo” it), then another 3-4 miles…About 9 miles in total. The post-parkrun miles will start at 8am.
Cold Water in a cooler will be provided at parkrun. Run pace will be led between 9-10 minutes per mile.
THE WEATHER SHOULD BE COOLER but bring your own hydration and electrolytes as necessary… plenty of caffeine, calories, and positive vibes too!
