Practice tri for kids–50yd shallow swim + 2 mile bike (on the trail) + 1 mile run (on the trail) The bike and run will be 2 loops so kids stay relatively close. Kids will get a finishers medal and donut holes at the finish. Event is free. Helmet required in order to bike. Kids can do all or part of the training.
