Join CTC Member Jess Ricci for a strength training session specifically designed for female athletes, including:
- Benefits and importance of strength training in women
- Introduction to strength exercises
- Mobility and injury prevention for female triathletes
Jess hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science/Sport Medicine, and has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade.
